1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cronzy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Cronzy provides a cron job monitoring service that allows users to:
- Create and manage monitoring checks for scheduled tasks
- Receive HTTP pings from cron jobs and scheduled tasks
- Receive alerts via email, Slack, Discord, and webhooks when jobs fail or run late
- View historical data about job executions
- Collaborate with team members on monitoring configurations
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
Cronzy offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your selection. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Abuse the ping endpoints with excessive requests beyond reasonable monitoring needs
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. API and Integration Usage
If you use our API or integrate with third-party services:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
- You must comply with our rate limits and usage guidelines
- You must not share or expose your API keys publicly
- We are not responsible for the security or availability of third-party services
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cronzy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to use that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or repairs
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRONPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
- Any failure to detect late or failed cron jobs
- Any failure to deliver alerts in a timely manner
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cronzy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the account settings or by contacting us.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cronzy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
